Returns and Refunds

If you need to return an item to us, please get in touch first. You will need to include invoice/order number and reason for return.

You have 7 days from date of purchase to request a return, after that requests will be on a case by case basis. All products to be returned must be unopened and in original packaging. 

If its opened, we cannot accept a return

We don't try and make it extra complicated and difficult. The terms are as follows

Change of Mind

We do not have to accept a return if you have changed your mind. A restocking fee of 20% will apply for returns which are not faulty or not due to our errors. 

Reasons where restocking fee will apply

• Purchasing products because you thought it was something else
• Buying based off just the photos and not reading the description and/or researching the model/SKU
• Purchasing and realizing days later its something different
• Thinking it will fit/be compatible but its not so you wish to return it

Refunds

All returns which are processed and refunded will be minus any freight charges and or restocking fee of 20%

All order cancellations before being shipped will be refunded in full to the credit card or bank account used to pay originally

All order cancellations, shortly after it has been shipped and picked up by couriers; We cannot stop delivery after it has been picked up. It will need to be sent back to us when you receive it. Once returned, your order will be refunded minus freight charges

Refunds to bank accounts can take 1-2 working days to clear into your account

Refunds to credit cards can take between 5-10 working days to show in your account
